Not sure of the fit?

We offer free exchanges and returns on all domestic orders, allowing you to try on as many sizes and styles as you like. We are available to help with any sizing and fit questions you may have. You can reach us at 877-843-1202 or by emailing info@emersonfry.com.

Don’t have time for returns?

We make it easy! Should your items not suit you perfectly, please use the complimentary FedEx label to send back your order for a refund or exchange. All regular price items are eligible for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order and store credit up to 60 days. Sale items are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for store credit or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change.

Not sure what can be returned?

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Emerson Fry garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging.

Looking to exchange? 

Contact our Customer Care Representatives to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

Do you live outside the U.S.?

For our international customers, your local shipping rates will apply to any returns. For Exchanges, please contact our Customer Care Representatives to reserve your replacement item. Where do I drop off my returns?

 

You can drop off your return at any FedEx Mailing Center or drop box.  No plans to leave for the day? You can schedule a pickup on the FedEx website or by calling 800-463-3339 and a FedEx driver will stop by your location to grab your return. If you will be leaving your home, we do not recommend scheduling a pickup. The customer is responsible for any return that is not received by FedEx if left out front of a house or building unattended. 

 

SHIPPING:

Ground Domestic U.S. Shipping

We offer domestic FedEx ground shipping for a flat rate of $8.50 on all orders. Please visit FedEx.com for domestic ground shipping details and arrival times. Unless otherwise noted, ground orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement date. FedEx Express orders placed after 12:00pm will ship the next business day.

Due to insurance purposes, any FedEx Ground orders valued over $500 or FedEx Express orders will require an indirect signature. If the signature is waived by the customer, Emerson Fry is not responsible for replacing lost/damaged items.

Express Domestic U.S. Shipping

FedEx Standard Overnight - Next business day, by 3:00 PM

International Shipping

We offer Flat Rate International Economy Shipping on all orders. Please visit FedEx.com for International shipping details and arrival times. Unless otherwise noted, orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement date.  FedEx Express orders placed after 12:00pm will ship the next business day. If you have any questions regarding shipping times, Emerson Fry is open Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.

*Any international orders containing backordered stock will not ship until all items on sales order are available.

Any and all customs fees (customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.) are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Emerson Fry has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for information. Because we are a retail store, we are not able to mark orders as “gifts” for customers in order to avoid paying these fees. We will not misrepresent product or values on customs forms. Emerson Fry does not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

PROMOTIONS:

We periodically will discount and move items into our ends section when it has low inventory and we do not have plans to restock it due to material availability or seasonality. If you see something in the ends, don’t wait around to buy it. Discounts are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

If we discount an item less than 15 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 15 days, and only if we have the same size and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.

 

Although infrequent, if we do have a promotion code available (I.e. Cyber Monday) the code does not apply to any previously discounted items or previously placed orders.
